Beginning with the Kupyansk front, over the past week the Russian assault groups that had earlier entered the eastern side of the town have made quick progress, securing all of the northern streets and most of the large industrial area. They are currently trying to bring in more forces from the north and push further into Kupyansk, which will allow them to link up with the units on the other side of the river. Ukraine is struggling here due to supply issues and their attention being split between Russian forces in western Kupyansk and this new push in eastern Kupyansk.

In western Kupyansk, other Russian groups made a small advance in the southern suburbs, capturing some more houses as they work on securing the last section of that part of the town.

For the moment it looks like Russia is winning the race to secure a new supply line before Ukraine can cut the existing one off, but Ukrainian attacks have continued throughout the past week (video 1, video 2, video 3, video 4) and show no signs of slowing down
Russian Forces Advance: 1.77 km²

Advance = 1.77km2

Over on the Oskil River front, as part of the positional battles that have been ongoing for a while now Russian troops captured a trench network southeast of Nova Kruhlyakivka. I don’t expect there to be an attack on that village from this side due to the need to cross the Lozova River, but they may try flank it.

Russian Forces Advance: 0.05 km²

Advance = 0.05km2

Down to the Kostyantynivka front, Russian assault groups expanded their foothold in the eastern warehouses of Ivanopillya and are beginning to push into the southern streets of the town.
Russian Forces Advance: 3.26 km²

Upper Middle Advance = 0.60km2, Upper Right Advance = 0.61km2, Bottom Advance = 2.05km2

Heading over to the Pokrovsk front, within the city itself Russian assault groups reportedly managed to clear the last apartment buildings in the northeastern side of the city, with Ukrainian forces there allegedly surrendering. Depending on the source you use this is contested but either they were killed, surrendered or are still surrounded on all sides. The same groups also pushed east and entered the suburb/village of Rivne, which sits between Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad.

North of the city Russian DRGs from Rodynske have continued to move through the farms and along the main road to Hryshyne. Whilst they haven’t secured any of these areas their presence will complicate any breakout attempt from Myrnohrad (as the retreating soldiers may run into them).

To the east, Russia continues to gradually close the ring around Myrnohrad, with more troops establishing themselves in the eastern suburbs and in the south.

To the south, other Russian groups have started to move in on Lysivka, Sukhyi Yar and the many fortifications that sit south of the cities. These areas have been incredibly isolated for months now and with no chance of escape or supply the Russians are now moving in to clear them.
Russian Forces Advance: 0.62 km²

Advance = 0.62km2

Context
Onto the Novopavlivka front, Russian assault group slightly expanded their foothold inside the town, as clashes continue.

To the west, over the past few weeks Ukraine has been launching counterattacks around Ivanivka, forcing Russian forward troops back into the town and also reaching the western houses, where they are trying to consolidate.
Russian Forces Advance: 2.67 km²

Advance = 2.67km2

Context
Moving to the Hulyaipole front, Russian assault groups cleared the remaining houses in Uspenivka, capturing the small town. Ukraine’s defence of this settlement, if you could even call it that, was a chaotic mess, with their infantry scattered around the town and quickly overwhelmed, forcing them to flee into the fields.

South of this, forward Russian groups (possibly DRGs) have already reached the outskirts of Nove and Novouspenivske where they are probing Ukrainian positions and trying to establish a foothold.
Russian Forces Advance: 0.78 km²

Upper Right Advance = 0.15km2, Bottom Left Advance = 0.63km2

Swinging up to Vovchansk, Russian assault groups have made a little more progress in the town, capturing the buildings immediately south of the centre of the settlement.

To the southwest, Russian forces in the forest made a slight advance to the south, moving around any Ukrainian positions in/near Prylipka.
Russian Forces Advance: 12.72 km²

Top Advance = 7.11km2, Lower Left Advance = 1.68km2, Bottom Advance = 3.93km2

Context
Following on from picture 6, to the north, Russian troops from Oleksiivka pushed north over the past few days and captured the farms next to the Vovcha River. Intense Russian shelling has been reporting in the surrounding area, particularly in Tykhe and Orestopil (both off map), which may be their next targets.
Context
To the southwest, a Russian assault group from Uspenivka pushed west of the town and reached the outskirts of Solodke, where clashes are taking place. Judging by the settlement’s size and the condition of Ukraine’s forces on this front the village will not hold long.

To the southeast, Russia captured the fields and treelines between Novomykolaivka and Poltavka (which were empty), with at least one DRG pushing far to the west and reaching the outskirts of Rivnopillya.
Russian Forces Advance: 0.09 km²

Advance = 0.09km2

Following on from picture 7, Russian assault groups made another small advance in Vovchansk, this time in the southernmost streets of the town.
Russian Forces Advance: 1.87 km²

Advance = 1.87km2

Moving over to the Siversk front, over the past few weeks Russian forces have continued their process of slowly clearing out the many fortifications around the town, clearing out a number of trenches and dugouts. Reportedly one Russian group even entered Siversk from the south but I have not been able to find anything confirming this.
Ukrainian Forces Advance: 1.12 km²

Advance = 1.12km2

Context
Heading onto Chasiv Yar, in the months since Russia captured the town fighting in the area had all but died down, with occasional clashes on the outskirts. Whilst most attention for both sides on this front has been on Kostyantynivka and its surroundings, Ukraine has been periodically sending infiltration groups up to Chasiv Yar, with at least one such group managing to push past the outskirts, through the southern suburbs and into the houses next to the lakes.

Contrary to some claims this is no counteroffensive or counterattack to retake the town, just more of the same infiltration distraction Ukraine has used many times before. Only a few soldiers have gotten into the town and they are already being targeted by Russian drones and artillery, so will likely not last long. Ukraine does not have the forces on this front to launch a series of counterattacks uphill into Chasiv Yar and if they did they would be better served secured Kostyantynivka, where they have been unable to drive out Russian DRGs for several weeks now.

Russian Forces Advance: 1.86 km²

Top Advance = 0.25km2, Lower Middle Advance = 1.61km2

Speaking of Kostyantynivka, on that front Russian DRGs in the southeastern suburbs of the city have slightly expanded their control, with Ukraine mostly withdrawn from the fields near Predtechyne. Russian troops here have been incredibly resilient and have managed to hold onto this area despite constant Ukrainian drone attacks, but proper assault groups have no viable way into the city yet.

To the south, following on from picture 3 Russian assault groups captured the southernmost streets of Ivanopillya and some of the surrounding fields, with clashes moving into the central section of the settlement.
Russian Forces Advance: 0.93 km²

Top Advance = 0.43km2, Upper Middle Advance = 0.19km2, Upper Left Advance = 0.31km2

Following on from picture 4, Russian assault groups secured more of the last few streets in Pokrovsk, as well as managing to push slightly south from Chervonyi Lyman (above Svitle). Completing a full physical encirclement will be difficult due to a lack of cover in the last remaining part of the pocket opening (only a couple of houses and a treeline), but they are working towards moving into western Myrnohrad to close it there.
Russian Forces Advance: 17.96 km²

Top Advance = 2.25km2, Upper Middle Advance = 2.46km2, Middle Advance = 13.25km2

Following on from picture 8, starting on the north side, whilst fighting was occurring over Uspenivka other Russian forces entered the village of Rybne and managed to capture it. This was the last settlement along the Yanchur River line that Ukraine held, so the Russians have completely broken and captured it in less than a month.

A little south of this, Russian forces have quickly pushed out into the fields west of the river across a broad front, capturing a number of them. Solodke, Nove and Novouspenivske will all fall in the next day or two just to a complete lack of Ukrainian troops and no organised defence, which just leaves Rivnopillya and Yablukove before Russia can push directly for the rear or Hulyaipole. Unless Ukraine immediately rotates several brigades to this frontline in the next few days Ukraine will almost certainly not hold this area and we will see fighting begin within Hulyaipole before the end of the year.
